One Place Study for Great Hallingbury, Essex
I become interested in Great Hallingbury, Essex while researching my SAPSFORD ancestors. This family had a long history in the village buy by 1911 only one family remained. Where did they go and why? What about the many other long resident families that they married into?
I hope to provide information from the various census', family stories and whatever other interesting facts can be gathered. I'd love to hear from anyone else interested in the history of the village.
I am working on quite a bit of information at the moment but it probably won't make it to the website until July 2014. Please feel free to contact me before then!!
